Oh, Nick, I remembered what happened with the Optometrist. Last time I was
there it was because my specs broke. I just popped in to get new ones… so yeah,
last eye test was back in 2008… I need to sort that out. I’ll be back after the
20th or so. I’ll worry about it then.

Capcom hasn't forgotten how to make fighting games. They just want to do as
little as possible to make money. This is the result.

This game is so buggy it's unreal. If Hugo tries to do his butt splash against
certain frames of Elena's grab it whiffs completely. Try it. Do cr.lp into
cr.hk<http://cr.hk> with Hugo vs Elena. As Hugo tries to buttsplash you just
press throw.
Hugo still has a wonky dizzy animation. Try hitting him with various
characters.
Hugo can EX run through all true projectiles except Oni grounded U1, E.Ryu U1.
Noone knows why. Oh wait, I do. It's because Capcom forgot how to make
fighting games :\

If I'm at a pub and the local piss cats are feeling themselves too much,
playing baby chocolates and whatnot on the jukebox

I have in the past snaked in and put on Sade King of sorrow to calm them down.
