Ok guys, regarding Zaid's venue and Friday's tournament:
There was a little bit of a blunder with yesterday's meeting. I wasn't able to
meet with Zaid because I couldn't find the venue. It didn't help that no one
else in Obs knew where the venue was either. He also had issues with his phone
so I couldn't get hold of him. Anyhoo, he called a few mins ago, explained the
situation and provided some info on where exactly the venue is located, so I'll
be meeting with him on Wednesday.
All tournament details will be clarified at Wednesday's meet, but what I do
know at this stage is that registration will happen on the day, and that the
venue will be open from as early as 5pm on Friday. Tournaments will start at
about 6-6:30pm. It would appear that Clint aka Zombie Dredd will also be making
an appearance.
Zaid mentioned that he's not expecting a huge turnout as some of his buddies
are busy with exams, but there should be a decent amount of people nonetheless.
I reckon 4 consoles should suffice. Nic, two of those will have to be yours if
you're cool with that. I require your consoles for Injustice.
I'll provide more information on Wednesday.
