Yeah. Hugo was 8 prejump frames. Most characters have for. Gief and Sim (I think) have 6. So it's much easier for him to do walking 720. It's actually easier than I though. It's kinda like HCF (but you end on UF), then HCB + 3P. After a few mins in training mode my consistency is about 3 out of 5. Very scary tool if you can pull it off during matches.
