RE: USF4 changes!

This is what I don't get - MK9 didn't have either of those. I had combos with 
Scorpion where I needed to jump in after a spear. I couldn't backdash then jump 
in, I had to jump back, then forward.
Backdashing and running isn't all that important in MK games. I presume they're 
just doing this because they can't figure out what to do about zoners. I don't 
see it as being a massive game breaker for most characters.
