Not that simple.

- Tank tags every thing and builds aggro on main target
- DPS attacks main target and doesn't worry about anything else they aren't
gaining aggro from other monsters
- DPS casts AoE or something like Bane, instantly other monsters attack DPS

OR

- Tank tags every thing and builds aggro on main target
- DPS attacks main target and doesn't worry about anything else they aren't
gaining aggro from other monsters
- DPS avoids Bane and AoE so that they don't build enmity, but the mob
takes longer to die and Tank suffers more damage
- Healer spams heal spells to keep up with mob damage
- Mob attacks healer

Enmity is something you have to be cogniscent of all the time. You can't
just tag and then spam attacks on one monster. You have to ensure that
their enmity levels on the rest of the team won't overtake yours.
Otherwise DPS can't do proper damage, and Healer can't heal properly. You
also have to ensure that the monster AoE is directed away from the team.
Tanking ain't easy.
