Anyway so after watching the SFV opening cinematic I feel that cinematic
intros in the older games were just so much better.  Well, TBH it was just
Namco's Tekken cinematics that were really good.

If I were to rank them:

S+:  Tekken 3 - Movie level camera work and editing.  Great music.  Great
set pieces.
S:  Tekken 5 - Probably the most memorable.  Great production overall.
A+:  TTT - This intro helped sell the PS2.  Best moment:  Kazuya walking
out of the lift.  I wanted a leather trenchcoat after that
A:  Tekken 2 - A 90's b-movie that's so bad it's good..
