2S low profiles.  It avoids it but doesnt reliably punish it.Backdashing or 
instablocking is probably more reliable.

But thats not anti-airing it.
I would gladly trade champagne for a normal 6P and meterless DP.

There many ways around BB, Elphelt's 2S is one of them. She catches BB it with 
random 5H as well at any range.

Random 6H's screw with Sol's air movement, I have been caught too many times 
with them.

I wish Sol had an anti air as good as the champagne.

Elphelt can hard read/guess and to 6HS but you cant react to anything the 
opponent does with that since its  so damn slow...  and if you guess wrong and 
the opponent does nothing the move is like 30 or more on wiff cause then you

cant do shit against stuff coming from that angle.  HS catches stuff randomly 
10-20% but mostly just leads to counter hits and gets me killed.
Sol has DP and 6P.It is miles ahead of Elphelts options.
Elphelt doesnt have allot of weaknesses.  But this is one.She is boned for 
anti-air options unless you come at her from right above her so that she can 
use Champagne.

Do you mean Elphelt has no way of dealing with dive attacks/air dashes?
I know Sol doesn't, he can only halt the attempts with dp and can only combo if 
he has tension or his counter hits with it.
His 5K only deals with average and normal jump ins but ass against air dashes 
and dive attacks.
His 2H is not an anti air in my eyes because it's simply awful.

Sol's 6P can still trades with dive attacks/air dashes if you miss your timing 
window.

The 1st and 3rd pic.  Both are situational.

Champagne can only come out as close Slash.  
So it is unfortunately only usefull if poeple are right above her.  She is open 
to angled jump ins or air dashing attacks.
It has a huge hitbox but she is also hittable all the way up to her head.
Other characters have anti-airs with hitboxes like this that can be used in any 
situation. (Horrible quality lol)
              


The 3rd pic gun uppercut is when she is stuck in stance that cannot jump and 
the attack physically moves here 1/3rd of the screen forward...  its slow but 
only good for grounded pressure and not reliable at all for anti airing.
The whole stance is only good for 1 thing.  Grounded pressure.  It has Zero 
mixup other than a 18 frame command grab and you are bolted to the floor.
If it couldnt make you scared enough to  be "forced" to block without 
low/overheads then it would be useless or a gimmick.


The kick is straight up a good move but slow compared to pokes.  Mostly used as 
oki or during jump-ins where the hitbox doesnt help it much.
