Consensus is that ken is worst character in beta.
His run kuk is not worth the effort. only do st HP run in the fez.
Its super effective. works most of the time.
meaties are the order of the day, do cr mp into his target combo end it with
fb. I think lk tatsu is fine too for pressure. oh and jump mk a lot

I’m not having any luck getting the wakeup DPs at all. A few times I did Ex
wakeup DP and thought it was fine, but then realised that I’d just got up and
done it normally, rather than wakeup. Sigh.
Ken’s normals seem to be a bit… short? I dunno. I find the loss of his old f+mk
to be a real issue. I know that he’s got it back with the whole new v-skill,
but I want it as an instant move. Also, what exactly am I supposed to do for
pressure? I can’t chain mp or mk into anything. The only thing that lp or lk
can chain into is lk tatsu. Uh, okay.
I dunno, I suppose I’ll get used to him eventually. He just feels a bit ass
here.
Lol, I just realised that I’m like the noobs on the Diablo forum that I keep
complaining about – the ones that bitch about balance issues when they can’t
even run TX properly. Learn to play properly first, then you can complain about
the character.

Ken has no flow. you cant DP as willy nilly as in sf4. its really hard to
actually get a wake up DP in 5, seems like meaties beatout that kinda stuff for
free.
Try st HP in front of his face next time. you will get results

Not really worrying about the game until it comes out on console.
Spend most of the games against Paas playing straight reactive or punishment
game against his Karin. Don’t know how this new Ken is supposed to flow. Not
that I’ve put much effort into reading up on it or watching vids.

played some sf5 as well. I can see that conditioning an opponent will be
critical. Going in with raw fighting power will only get you so far. reading
and making reads is the order of the day. I think that's why Capcom are making
the execution barrier so low. Coz its all about the reads, shampoo and

People seems to have gotten tired of GG unfortunately.
I love playing Nic but having 80% your gameplay against 1 opponent is not ideal.
Ive tried getting into SF various points and it always failed to stick.
This seems to be a very good point to get into it.
Simplified/easier system.
Less characters to have to learn or get used to. Especially with the lack of
character "loyalty" SF players seem to have.
Hopefully I can stick with SFV this time around.
