Limit applies to any and all things coming in from overseas, regardless of
purpose.
So, if you’re doing a correspondence course from an overseas university and
they send you materials every couple of months, you’re screwed.
This only went into play from the start of this year. I guess they did it
because the rand burning means that they don’t want to encourage the outflow of
funds.
You can get around it if you bother to register as an importer/exporter, but
then you’d best be willing to figure out the foreign tax implications.

I didnt even know there was a limit.
Does that limit apply to things you cant get locally?

Also, since the rand has tanked, customs is making it a bit more of an issue to
order stuff from overseas. They’re now working with DHL, Aramex and all the
other importer type places as well.
If you’ve had more than 4 things arrive from overseas this year, then I know
that you get 100% import duty, along with a R1500 fine for passing the new 4
item limit.

Yeah, that would be a clever tactic actually as it may tempt people into
upgrading to play the game immediately as opposed to waiting for a patch that
enables support eventually.
I checked yesterday and buying through Amazon = around R3600 for a MadCatz
(that includes the shipping fee). Not sure if one still gets taxed on top of
that though.

Anyone know whether SF5 supports PS3 sticks yet? No word from Capcom yet?
If not it looks like I'll probably end up ordering via Amazon -_-. Doesn't look
like's too much variety as far as options go at this point.

Apparently they made her normal overhead less likely to avoid lows and has less
range now... but its safer.

She can, she has the tools, but they are weaker and will be beaten often if
not timed correctly.
It's not so much about timing as it has to do with positioning and the
scenario. st.hp has a moving hitbox and it changes her spacing. So does
cr.hp. Jump back normals make her losing screen position. JF Tenko is very
situational. They did this really silly thing with st.hp where the two
hitboxes are active on different frames for only 1f (directly above) and 3f
(somewhat in front of her head) respectively. So sometimes it's effectiveness
just depends on when the opponent presses a button.
For x-ups, she can use jab, but sometimes it trades or loses. She can use
cr.mp<
http://cr.mp>, but that depends on the opponent's timing.
st.lk<
http://st.lk> works in a handful of situations. st.lk<
http://st.lk> will
work against big bodies like give, but it only loses if he presses j.hp.

You do realise that weakening that aspect undermines her strengths, right?
It's like saying you don't need to secure the windows of a house because it's
really hard for a robber to get through the door, or vice versa. The result is
that people are just will just exploit the weakest defense vector.
