Some USF4 news from FChamp:
For Ultra combo selection you will now have 3 choices - Ultra 1, Ultra 2 or
both. If you choose both, then you can use either Ultra during around
(only have access to 1 Ultra meter), but the damage will be reduced.
Seth got nerfed into oblivion. In the current build he doesn't have a wall
jump, he lost normal cancels into Tanden (that vacuum move), and his normal
DPs have as much invincibility as Ryu's LP SRK (ie they run out of
invincibility before the move even hits).
Akuma's jumb back fireball recovery was nerfed by two frames, and he can't
cancel sweep into ultra any more.
Viper can now be thrown out of her burn kicks.
