I've got a friend who is paragon level 9 and does under 25k damage. Don't
expect major damage boost until you hit 60. Then you need a bit of luck with
items and a basic understanding of what stats increases you per modifier - IAS,
CC, CD, main stat etc.
One nice thing to notice with my stats is that's unbuffed, so in normal play
(without Wrath), I have 70% crit chance (92% for Hammer) and DPS of 245k. Most
of my HoTA hits crit, so that's more than 1m per enemy. Nice AoE attack.
I dropped a lot of damage (14k) to add that life steal.
