The basic class(es) I think your looking for is: conjurer (basically beginner white mage... white mage is a specialised/prestigious class), thaumaturge (basically black mage...black mage is prestigious), or arcanist (basically support and damage dealing... arcanist also can summon companions... arcanist can progress to a scholar or summoner). However once you reach level 10 with you starting class you can criss over to other classes... so if u dont like a class it doesnt matter coz you can move over to another (or cross class to build up a variety of skills e.g. My thaumaturge can also cast white magic as i also levelled up conjurer...) Its basicslly open world from the start (you do your first quest and then your online). Depending on the class you choose you will also start in one of three places. It essentially is final fantasy in sn online world. You can party up with other online players. You can also multi-class but your role in each group becomed more specialised the higher you go. There are slso prestiges classes i.e summoner and if you prefer not adventuring you csn also tske on a profession where you can make wespons, equipment, accessories, potions, etc or become a gatherer (miner, fishermsn, botanist) to gather resources which are needed to make stuff etc...you can sell or trade whatever you make or even deposit in guild chest. Game is huge and a lot to do. It won't make wiz tanky...but it will make wiz survive much better...no longer die from 1 hit...also there's no max paragon lvl. So if you INVEST in the game...you're stats are going to be insane... Paragon Attack Attributes looks good tho (Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Attack Speed, Cooldown Reduction) all useful stuff Well the items are 3000dps but i think they're lowering the crit dmg in weapons...due to the high scaling dps. but then you can invest in Paragon Attack attributes for more crit dmg. Wonder what new skills and passives they'll add to the 5 classes :) On Mon, Aug 26, 2013 at 4:29 PM, Donaldson, Alasdair <alasdair.donaldson@xxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Yeah, having read of the updates, it’s going to change the way characters are built substantially.
