@jag: sounds like you had a blast at evo. Did the pigeon factor help at all? I
believe you can change the colour of your character in dragon's crown... so i
dunno if that would help?

I got put down as getting knocked out 2 matches before the loser's final, but I
guess it's ok since I know I got further :D
@SAP, I found it hard to see my character at some points because a lot of the
colours look pretty similar in-game and you can sometimes blend in a bit too
much. Also if you don't have a full party, the AI will jump in and use a random
character, even if you using that same character. I was using the Amazon and
the AI decided it wanted to be the Amazon as well so I got confused a lot. Oh
and they removed the QCF's and such, so now you can just hold up or down and
attack and you'll perform those attacks. Also you have a dodge button that is
invincible, which I think could make the game a bit too easy.

Morrigan (with Doom missiles) is the worst of the lot simply because she
invalidates pretty much everything. Still more interesting to watch than Vergil
and Zero.
Zero: Hit-confirm into combo into lightning loop. Incoming mixup. Rinse and
repeat.

Mahvel blandness and retardedness aside, I've been speaking to the Stumeister.
He's still in Qatar, but wanted to know if you guys would be keen on another
gaming weekend. There's a public holiday coming up in August (the 9th) so we'd
essentially have a long weekend. I have to admit it would be nice to kick
things off the Friday, with no other distractions, and just play/watch whatever
the hell we want for the full weekend. This past weekend was awesome, but we
realistically only had one day of gaming, which wasn't adequate considering
what was brought for the sesh (Dreamcast, PS2, MAME, etc).
I do need to confirm with Zombie Dredd when the next Trenchtown event is set to
happen, so that we don't accidentally do this on the same weekend.
Would you guys be keen? We just need to get a venue.
