She can run under Elphelts 5HS.  That on its own is huge advantage
over the rest of the cast.  Nobody else can just run at elphelt like that.

She is mobile(2x Airdash etc.) and can play around Elphelts neutral
game in a way that the rest of the cast cant.



Mostly Elphelt cant bully her in neutral like most of the cast.



The problems you mentioned are issues with Millia in general.  She has
that against most of the cast because she is Pixie and takes extra damage.

Not an Elphelt problem


Cant remember where I got the quote from exactly... wis linked
somewhere on Dustloop.

Was one of the Jap Elphelt players.

He was asked about difficult matchups for Elphelt and named Millia,
Sin and Ky.

I don't consider elf to be an easy match. whoever said that need to be

millia goes into the match at a disadvantage. one combo and im in the
corner.



2 combos im either dead or about to die. Theres no room for error.



I need to land 4 combos in the corner, and make you guess wrong all 4
times, you need to guess right once to get out.

Well, I dunno if it's a change, but he can legitimately combo into
dust using his "pull" super.
Then rc-ing a dp nets nearly 45% damage combo.  It's a lot.
Half meter for him means near 50% damage for Johnny.  It makes me
wander why I ever use supers.

Train yourself to end dp's with D/F and not F.
I had the same problem in kof 97 when using extra mode.
Random forward dashes are painfully punished.

Johnny cant run...  het gets his little hop/dash instead.  Tested with

 but since Ky has a normal run he can just cancel into any attack...
 johnny is stuck doing his dash tho :P
