Pretty much the same. I know they changed the Legendary rule to when a
duplicate legendary card comes into play...they both die. Instead of the new
one only.
However, I think they recently changed that again to something...
There's a new permanent card called "Planeswalker". Kinda like
enchantment/creature at the same time with ridiculous abilities.

Not really talking about that power9 type stuff.
They are expensive because they are old and rare. They are also banned in most
formats.
More referring to cost of tourney legal cards.
MTG had the many cards going for R100-R600 per card... and you frequently
needed 4 of those in a deck.
Was easy for a single tournament deck to be worth R2000-R6000 cash... and this
was years ago when I stopped playing due it being too expensive.
I assume its only gotten worse price wise.

If it is anything like Magic The Gathering then there is a huge difference
between "buying a deck" and "Buying a deck that can actually win".
Magic the Gather is cheap as fuck if you just want a deck to play... you want
