That depends on the System and the Game.
Some games you walk with analogue sticks etc. (Big cause of motion sickness)
Some games you teleport. (Doesnt cause motion sickness)
Some games lets swing around spiderman style (Windlands)
Some games you dont move or are stuck on rails.
Some games you have a cockpit. (Racing or Space sim stuff)
Some you have small fixed room(s) that you physically walk around in.

It's pretty cool that the VR machine tricks your brain to really "feel" the
game. So the rollercoaster ride seems pretty realistic.
