Lol, there's more KOF tech on these mails than there is over at Dreamcancel.
Why are those forums so quiet?

Not sure about that height tho. Its possibly but tricky if you hit close
enough to the ground to hit an actual crouching person

Bit less useful than makoto axekick tho.
Cant do it on crouching opponent straight up. (They need to block air C
first)
Cant combo after it hits either

I expect that's how he's going to get max damage.
Air vapor cannon somewhere.

Yea, sadly Maxima only has 1 ex move that allows a followup.
So its usually just
EX vapor cannon, vapor cannon, super
If spacing allows you can sometimes squeeze a df+C in between
Had a look at some cool looking fuzzy guard type shit that im not sure if it
works.
Blocked air C, land, air 1 into air Vapor cannon.
Blockstun seems like it could force the opponent to block jump 1 into vapor.
Will have to test properly. Seems like it worked when telling the AI to
crouch and guard all.
Not sure what would happen if the opp was crouch blocking after the 1st
block of Air C.

Yup, it's true.
The only exception is where you can do a really long quickmax combo that
uses 3 ex moves, then use the lvl2, then climax.

Screwed around in practice mode with Maxima a bit.
Unless you want to blow all your meter for a kill his Climax seems like a
waste.
In almost every situation I tested just doing lvl1 super into lvl2 super
does more damage than his climax for the same amount of meter.
The few small exceptions are when the normal supers wiff.
No idea if this is normal. My other two characters cant really combo their
lvl1 into lvl2 supers nicely to compare damage

nah manase, rich was talking about marvel not kof.
Lumi has decided to try out Ralf instead of K. he feels the nerf was too
much.
I understand why SNK did it, coz atm K' had everything. Now they made it so
that he can do those things, but in certain situations and not in every
situation.
So they toned down his midscreen easy confirms and made them harder, but
his corner confirms are left the same. so if you get the corner SNK says,
then you deserve the damage, which makes sense.
