Lei could use a big rework. Maybe tone the the stance stuff and just leave
him with useful basic gameplay (with cool looking/useful moves from
stances). The whole transition thing is not as smooth and as good as Leo,
Zafina or Miguel. Those 3 have very strong stance transition.

Always annoyed me regarding stances and stuff in Tekken  (Mostly Lei).

You look at something on paper and looks great.  Attack with stance
transition that leaves you at +12.

Fastest move in the stance is 25 frames.

ie you get punished on hit.

Not exactly related but I felt like ranting a little for some reason.

Goro's punchwalk is the best armor move. Was playing against a goro last
night. He seems to be faster? But was playing vs the one where he can pound
the ground.

Also major +frames on block are all gone. At best right now is +12
(D'vorah's puddle down from +27 lolz) So you can't really Jail block
strings anymore. Armoring out of +frames is an effective tactic. Zoning is
definitely a thing in certain match ups.

Overall, the game is fun. I won't say it's the best fighting game. But
it's pretty entertaining to play. There's at least a neutral game lolz

But I do agree with LB.  MKXL is worth another look.  I was actually
pleasantly surprised watching Di and GB's matches.  The gameplay isn't
nearly as vomit-inducing as before.
