Sleep and Swiftcast are both OP *for now*.  When people discover new strats
they'll probably become weaker.

Sleep for 30 seconds (diminishing returns, but still VERY good)
Swiftcast to res the BLM
Repeat

Healers need Swiftcast though, else they'd be useless.

SMN and SCH are also very good for PVP because of their DoTs.
