I have done that combo in T7. It works. Yeah, 1+2 turns you around. 1+2 is
that with the kick that puts you the right way around again.

iSW in his combos is easy – hopknee, 1+2,4 b! iSW.
For training, start with hopknee into iSW. Once you’ve got that down, move
on to iSW from ducking.
