the changes in 2.0 allows you to combo into it now, where previous
versions didn't allow you.
doesn't matter if you start your combo from a light or heavy, fact
remains you have to go into one of the starter chain circle moves first,
and none of them, not df+B, and not bf+B will allow you to combo into f+A.
