Not new, but there is new information. I remember that vid about the dude

By the way, to understand the gravity of this situation, consider it a
potential extinction level event for humanity starting this century. It
just depends on how fast methane is released into the atmosphere. If they
explode once every one hundred years? Maybe we'll make it. The problem is
that the Arctic is only one area with imminent methane release. There's
another huge area in Canada.
Moral of the story? Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow the world will
smell of farts.
