Annyywaaay...

The reason I asked about the CCMA stuff was because someone I know has a
con/arb meeting coming up next week.

Basically:
1.  She had a contract with this company
2.  Contract expired, but by law there was an implied extension
3.  Contract was terminated very suddenly and she was denied entry to the
premises.  Performance reasons were cited.
4.  She lodged a complaint with the CCMA over unfair dismissal

Now here are the strange things about the case:
1.  No SLA included, in other words there is no benchmark for good/bad
performance
2.  Contract explicitly states that if they are any grievances between
Employer/Employee consultation should take place first which did not happen
(case for breach of contract, or unfair dismissal?)
3.  She has no tax number
4.  They have not paid her final check

So it seems there are two aspects that apply here:  Contract law (breach of
contract) and Labour Law.

Now if I have a contract with a private individual saying "I will pay you X
to do Y", they can't really "fire" me, right?  There is only breach of
contract.  So why did the CCMA allow this to continue?  Unless Labour Law
is implicit?  Which IMO there's fraud happening somewhere...

Healing isn’t wolvie’s only mutation. The claws and
enhanced senses are there too.

I reckon healing is a pretty nice one to have in
their universe. It’s easy to blend in with normal folks 
and you’re pretty
much immortal.
