KOF is not jump in and play. It takes 5 minutes to get used to jumpsies

Does KOF pick up new players? Seemed to me that the barrier for entry for
KoF is a little higher than most other fighting games.

I struggle to play the game. It's control makes FOTNS:KR feel dynamic.

Mind you, I've felt that about the MK series since MK2.
MK9 felt like it was coming back to form, but I feel it lost the path a
