I'm having somewhat of a postmodern epiphany right now. In a world
where simple communication between the masses consists of hashtags and
memes, it seems that more and more often people are living their lives in
accordance with said #tags and memes. Life imitating art imitating life
etc. But it's getting to the point where socialising with "normal" people
feels like I'm wading through the giant cesspool that is my Facebook home

How would this stack with Frostburn or Rimehart? That makes no sense.
They all have different effects. If you mean, do these three synergise,
then yes.

Iceblink – chill everything

Frostburn – chill = freeze

Rimeheart – 10k weapon damage to frozen guys

You’d need to hit super fast for this to work though. Or use a skill
that outright freezes, then just ignore the frostburn and iceblinks. I’m
wondering if a frost leaper would bother with using all three, or just
Rime. Hmmm.

Or maybe I should drop the Rime and use Azurewrath. With the way it had
been redesigned, it may allow a leaper to actually live.

Sigh.

§ Iceblink

§ New Legendary Gem

§ Your Cold skills now apply Chill effects and your Chill effects now
slow enemy movement speed by an additional 5%

§ The additional movement speed reduction is increased by .4% per rank

§ At rank 25 you gain 10% increased chance to critically strike
Chilled or Frozen enemies

It’s a better version of frostburn.

Yeah, well, let me know when you finally run a 50 and finish in time.

Other than that, we need to get the damned split bounty farming going.
Paas and I are doing it, but considering how many materials you need, it’s
going to take forever to get this done.

Gonna try out a HotA build and see how that goes. Apparently it deals
enough damage to be good, but dies easily. Sounds like the leapquaker.
Still want one of the latter with rimeheart going. Need to upgrade that
iceblink gem.
