That "circus" music is the Benny Hill theme.  It's called Yakety Sax.  The
theme from the Baiken/Slayer vid is the opening of the Rurouni Kenshin
anime.

I chose it because you were talking about "shameless" samurais, and
Kenshin happens to be one of the inspirations for Baiken.

Micro transactions, dlc, loot boxes, season passes it goes on and on.
I agree about the 2 games you mentioned, they are godlike but it's
just 2 maybe if you are lucky that number can reach 10 but that is out of
50 plus games released this year on ps4 alone.
And that is not good since the gaming industry is now focusing on
Mass producing games rather than focusing on quality.
The gaming media is also not helping with their partnerships with the
gaming publishers and awarding positive reviews of these games and 
focusing
on esports rather than the gaming experience we all know and love.
