Like I said I was arguing semantics.
To me the idea of Harassment is that its a repeated/aggressive thing that wears
you down over time and not a single event that is never repeated again.
That could just be me, havent really thought about it in detail before.

I would think it still counts as harassment? Just because it happens once
doesn't mean it's not harassment. If a dude pinches a chick's ass at work, and
there's nothing to suggest that it was consensual, but it only happens once,
would you say that it still counts as harassment or not?
A more pertinent question would be, does the act in question qualify as
harassment?

Yea, im just arguing semantics at this point. If the honest trailer guy thing
actually happened then its still wrong. Just wondering if something is still
