I was wrong when I said D'Vorah doesn't have a strong neutral game.
The correct statement is that she and about 80% of the cast don't even need
a neutral game. I was watching the MKX matches last night and the game was
as just dry and boring as the commentary.

"Oh... gets hit. That's 40%"
"Oh... breaker. He had no other choice (guy has 80% health left -_-)
"Oh... drops it. He's going eat 40% here."
"OOOOH! He went for the style combo! (same combo, but he pressed 2
instead of 1)"

I mean there's like literally no way of telling a top player from LB
when they start their combos and mixups going. Apparently in MKX the way
you do that is that if they guess your wakeup correctly -> Top Player. If
they don't -> Scrub.

T7 is still far from release or completion. So we'll have to see at
the end until we start judging the game properly.

Bring back the common faces first. All the replacement characters are
either a chick or a monster...

jap and korean noobs are actually pretty good. They know to punish
hopkicks with jabs and can do combos. While they're movement isn't as
insane as top player but it's there. They can bcd at least...

this is from a 3rd dan player with a big win lost score. so it's not a
new player either.

they hear from Japan.

My point was that the West isn't to blame for Harada dumbing down
Tekken. Japanese and Korean noobs are to blame. The game is made for the
Far East market. Western sales are a bonus.

Well, TekkenZaibatsu didn't even mention about the ss nerf. Because
they didn't notice lolz

Harada did say they're trying to make the game simpler and decrease
the gap between top player and mid player. One of the few things that
makes
a top player better than a mid level player is movement. Mid level player
have combos, some sort of punishment and some sort of match up knowledge
like top players. But movement is one of the thing that mid level player
will never have unless they practice.

So they nerf movement and nerf throw break...if this isn't catering to
lower level players...

not saying western players are noobs but a lot of them are lolz

@di - you do realise that Namco never does anything to cater for

to cater for Japanese and Korean noobs. The Western players liking the

not hating the nerf) are just a positive side effect from Namco's
perspective.

Oh well, still far from final version of T7. So let's hope they come
to some sort of senses and not get blinded by western noobs comments on
saying it's a good idea.

Also, there's only 8 slot left for characters...unless they're
