In the latest SFV vid from VesperArcade he makes a few interesting
observations. From that matches that were demoed, it seems that there are
no longer close and far normals. Just normals and command normals. So
either there are going to be grooves/isms, or all normals are going to be
based on Alpha 3's V-ISM system
