Why not test run a ranbat and see how long it takes and how many problems you
have with late comers.

When it comes to ranbats, I couldn't agree more. Earlier is always better, but
again, I have to stress the importance of arriving on time. We'll have a lot of
matches to get through, and people will want to play casuals afterwards so we
need to ensure that there is enough time for everything.

Another option is to go the ranbat route and have the points count toward CTS6
instead of 5.
