there isn't anyone else playing gg atm.

GG is niche game. only people that play it are at the sessions. I think a team
battle will be more hype than a tournament for 6 peeps.

For a starting point the previous list is fine.

Just I think there is enough Tekken support to make it a main game as well. So
4 "main" titles.

SF
GG
Tekken
MK

Fair enough, but we need a starting point and this is it.
If we decide to run CTS5 earlier, there's no real point in doing ranbats imo,
but it's something we could start immediately after.
Regarding the date, l've heard from some of the guys on the mailing list. At
present, majority leans toward running it earlier. I'm not opposed to that, as
it is more about accommodating those who will be attending than making up my
own mind about it.
As previously mentioned, the suggestion to run it in December was for Jag's
benefit, but seeing as how he has already indicated that he's happy to just jam
some games with us, l'm happy to run it earlier. Nic suggested a date for
August (Saturday 12th), which suits me just fine. Is everyone ok with this so
that we can get the ball rolling?

I think that depends on the date first...

If its going to be in december(8 months away) then its probably a bit early to
nail it down since who knows what we will be doing by then.

MKX may suck and die out... GG could lose peoples interest(Better not!)...
etc. etc.

Not to mention, if everyone is ok with the list of games for CTS5.

It's a great suggestion Steve. Thanks bro :) l just need to know when people
would like to start. I also haven't received any suggestions about how to deal
with the current influx of players that play other fighting games.
