You mean FF15?

Hwoarang is pretty high on the tier list on TTT2. He got nice punishment
like 4,3 and df+4,3 for 12 and 14 frames. Only thing holding him back is
his ws punishment. If he gets a decent launching 15frame ws move...He'll
sky rocket.
