Bleh. Too many brainfarts.
"we tend to think procedurally, not functionally" is what I meant to say.
It's been a long day. Just found out our boss lost his job :-\

The hard part is functional programming because we don't tend to procedurally,
not functionally. And asynchronous programming can be tricky, even though in
the real world it's a breeze to handle and understand because we do everything
asynchronously.
The cool thing about Javascript is that you can use it to learn functional and
procedural techniques.

real after that. Currently learning functions.

You have to assume that they can hack basically anything since they've obtained
source code to hardware firmware. These hacks go way back to 2001. Noone
knows what they're capable of now. And you still have to consider the
capabilities of Russia, China,
 Europe and Israel.

other things, has managed to create spyware that infects PC hard drive firmware
and can operate undetected.
