up. Only issue of Hwoarang is WS punishment. But other than that, he got a lot 
of tools during TTT2 that helps him a lot. Also i TTT2 health bar in Tag mode

Removing Bound also removes his ability to combo off his FLA low trip.u+3+4 now 
launches back turn...
But his combo potential is still top notch in T7. The new tailspin mechanic
