I tend to figure that the camera work is only something you notice if it's done 
badly. I can't recall when last I noticed good camera work in a film.
Same with most of the things, I guess. It's only when the music is jarring and 
detracts from the scene that I actually notice it.

Birdman's camera work is amazing.  I haven't been that technically impressed by 
a movie in a long itme.  All the while I kept thinking "I can't imagine how 
hard it must have been to film this".  Fantastic cinematography.
