Possibly a new costume or character imo.
1 - Closed Belt
2 - Skirt front is open
3 - Dog collar around her neck
4 - Chun-Li styled wristbands
5 - Bodice has black "flames" pattern
6 - Waist-belt is missing
7 - Tiara looks more like a crown now, previous one had spikes.
8 - Her spiked rings attached to the belts now have crosses instead
she has also lost her veil.

Sorry Paas, the 1 thing I know for sure is that it's so easy to modify 3D
rigs to create alternate characters, it's almost a given.
