Yes FAB (and everyone else) said he is ass:
S Zato, Faust, Sol
A Millia, Ramlethal, Chipp
B Ky, May, Axl, I-No
C Venom, Slayer, Bedman
D Potemkin

Here's how Nemo put it:
Everyone can see that they're strong: Zato, Faust
Still pretty strong: Sol, Ky, Millia, May
Average: Axl, Chipp, I-No, Bedman
What a shame: Slayer, Venom
Goodbye: Potemkin

coz he was bodying kazunoko for free on stream the other day.

80% corner combos is not weak. Also on another stream , Potemkin play was the
only one to stop a menacing ky from pooning everyone.

Lol yeah I am salty about Baiken but you'll understand when you see how weak
Potemkin is in this version. When one of the best Potemkin players in the
world says he is ass then you can sorta understand how bad it is. But I'm just
basing my opinion on throwing randomly timed billiard balls at GB and him
having next to zero options against it.

Xrd feels slower to me. Maybe it's an illusion. It feels like they've added a
bit of hitstop, and elements like time freeze, danger time and the extra
animations before dust, supers and FRC make the game slightly slower. It's
kinda like going from SFII to SFIV, but not as blatant. Space control with
projectiles is not something you're going to see a lot because of the lack of
space-controlling chars. The exception might be Bedman and Elphelt, but I
don't know how they play. Venom's zoning is more effective as corner lockdown
tool. I don't know what they changed about his ball placement but it feels
harder to use to keep the opponent out. Except for Potemkin, who is a joke and
doesn't belong in this game. Maybe I'd change my mind if they didn't make him
look like Alphonse Elric.

Only major difference would the Lack of FRCs. It really ramped up the

Just needs some more characters... but that will come eventually.

Steve hooked me up with this beast. It is amazing.

My impression from of the game so far is that the styling and presentation is
awesome. They've really done a job with using the Unreal Engine for the game.
The character intros ooze style.
Gameplay wise, it's hard to really say too much at this point. The game feels a
bit slower than I expected it to be (which isn't a bad thing) but feels mostly
familiar. I can't think of anything radical that's been changed not that I'm an
expert with the series or anything. It's definitely fun though, I think the
more one digs into the game and starts understanding how to play the more fun
it'll become.
Comparing the game to Blaz, I'd say that it feels like an older or more
traditional fighting system than that of Blaz. Characters are as eccentric
visually but not as eccentric as far as gameplay is concerned imo. It's subtle
but I think a contributing factor has to do with the difference in control
schemes between the games. In Blaz you have a dedicated button that speaks to
what each character is really about. In guilty, you've got a punch, kick and
two slash buttons which is the same for everyone and feels like an older take
on the button configuration from a design perspective.

RCs are Super easy to perform. There is no timing involved. The slowdown
mechanic is really annoying.

You think the mission trials are easy? Wait till you try them out and realise
how much their explanations suck. There is no start indicator. Stuff just
happens and you see "Good" or "Missed". In one mission you're supposed to
block Millia's dust. She either does a low blockstring, or dust. You have to
react. Except that they don't tell you she does it twice in a row, and they
don't tell you that it starts as soon as you press a button. So within 10
seconds you've failed 6 times without you even realizing it.

Chipp seems to be top tier. Good luck blocking his barrage of mixups. Sol
seems the same except his stuff feels much easier. Venom feels like his
offense was nerfed so you have to play him like a straight-up zoner, except
that his zoning isn't very strong, appears to be low tier which is a real shame
(think Dhalsim in SFIV). Zato-1 looks good. Bedman fills the screen with shit
and no one knows what's happening. Ky seems good. Didn't check out Faust.
Millia was nerfed for sure from her previous iterations, but still viable.
Hard to call on Axl. Seems weak but is probably a specialist character.
Potemkin is a joke. I can't they put him in instead of Jam, Baiken or even
that annoying prick Testament.

Some of the execution stuff appears to be made harder? Teching from a dropped
combo requires pianoing in order to have even a moderate degree of success.
Reversals are basically a crapshoot because of all the different timings
involved.

No timing involved, YRC are not just frames.

Just read my bloody mail lol, I explained how they work ffs

There are purple RC as well that cost 50% and is essentially a "late" YRC that
you do during a moves recovery. To prevent wiff punishment etc.

f u,

yrc = frc,

are they easier or harder?

if you do a yrc wrong you get a prc, which eats 50% meter instead of the 25%
for yrc.

There are no FRCs

There are yellow RCs that you do early in for moves that do not hit or are not
block (Moves that wiff).

So you can throw projectile then YRC and run after it for pressure and shit
like that.

Fucking Xrd...

So I'm stuck on Sol's mission called "Accurate Inputs".

Dash, 2P(2nd hit) 5K 5S 2D xx Bandit Revolver.

I get the combo like 1 out of every 20 to 30 tries. My inputs are super clean,
but for the life of me I can't land the Bandit Revolver. Eventually I decide
to Google if anyone else is having a problem with this combo. It turns out
you're supposed to hold forward during the duration of the combo, only
releasing for Bandit Revolver.

WTF DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH ACCURATE INPUTS!?!?! It's a momentum-based combo
challenge. Accurate inputs will ensure the combo will fail every time -_-

And when you clear the mission they have the audacity to tell you that if you
find some of the challenges hard you should try adjusting your input timing.
