Do a simple blockstring into 236HS. He'll rise up and drop down. You have
to hit him as he descends.
Other options are dead angle attack, Just Defend (I can't get the timing
down, but I've seen Japanese players use it), and Blitz Shield then punish
(very easy, but obviously they can Blitz Shield you in response if they
have meter).
With Elphelt I couldn't find anything but the cake super that work
reliably. You can avoid it using slide (block it as a x-up on recovery),
Bridal Express, Aim->Roll and f.dash, but these are reads and can't be
performed on reaction. Close S does work but the timing is very tight. I
can only get it like maybe 1 out of 10 tries. Another option is j.S j.HS.
Not hard, but if you get counter hit things get really bad.
