The latest USF4 patch seems to have improved some of the delay that was in
the game previously. Not sure what else they fixed but the it definitely
feels a lot faster. The character select screen lag also seems to be gone.
I'll probably get around to updating Xrd sometime tonight, hopefully the
patch isn't massive.
