Vic’s still massively high on the paragon levels, but he doesn’t have any of
the new gear. He hasn’t been playing.
The main thing stopping anyone from reaching the leaderboards is gear. I have a
good ancient Aether Walker on my wizard. I should be
able to hit 55 with him. That’ll get me to the leaderboard.

The barb is a different thing. You need 2 good ancient weapons, a good immunity
amu, general good ancient versions of all the specific
items. I don’t have a new ring of the zodiac or a good ancient version of the
secondary weapon. Even if I did, I would need to farm for good rifts and luck
with power pylons near the boss.

If you want to play sometime, let me know. I’m pretty sure I’ve said this
before. In fact last time Paas and Amos were also available
to play. You just weren’t.

ey man wtf is this cube thing?

is HS's DH still strong?

We should make a team B with Amos and I.

making the leaderboard is not easy. sometimes i think i can make it when i see
some of the peoples gear. its not far removed from mine. I sometimes think its
my
level thats keeping me from the leaderboard.

No idea. There is a stupid amount of new stuff happening with the new patch
though. When that cube hits, you need to rethink all character builds.
Also new area, new torment levels… gonna be interesting.

I should put a bit more effort in with my wizard. Considering the state of my
gear – mainly the weapon – I should be able to make the leaderboard. My barb
needs
luck to do that.

Which bracers do you mean? Mostly people are running Ancient Parthan defenders
for the massive damage decrease, or Krelm’s bracers for the no knockback thing.

I estimate I must have spent at least 6-7 hours spread over a few days trying
to land that -_-;
