Also has one of the best forward dashes in the game and a good focus attack
(pulls his hitbox back slightly).  Even without the hitconfirms his frame
traps rival Cody's.  He can do jab, jab, cr.hp to beat crouch tech, and
when they get scared, he can follow up with jab, jab, dash throw instead.
