shouldn't use it unless you don't have a choice

BTW, last night there was a good example of why you need to mark.  2 bats
and Qarn stone face, DPS thought you were going left, you went right.  DPS
got aggroed, you ran to his defense eating damage from behind, I spam heal
both, I get aggroed.  Now sure, DPS perhaps should have waited, but you
don't say anything.  You just stand there and then randomly attack.  We
can't read your mind.

At the very least replace Shield Lob with this macro:
/marking off <t>
/ac “Shield Lob” <t>
/marking attack1 <t>

The "higher level" dungeon stuff you talk about is where you start marking
your next targets while tanking one mob.  For now, just mark the target you
are pulling and make sure people know it at the start.
