Can someone maybe tell me what's up. So my Internet has been on the frits
for a while now. I get like 18kbps download at times when I do a speed test
but my upload is always perfect. I did however noticed that certain
protocols like torrents run normally. Its only http and YouTube that hangs.
Tried multiple machines, different routers and ran antivirus.
