@LB:  This is what I mean I said pull everything at the start:

You pull everything to the last room and kite them around while the rest of
the team runs to the stairs.  Then you stand near the entrance and die.  As
long as everyone is out of range, monsters will run back to their starting
locations because their target died.  If beetles follow it's no biggie.
