He moves around for 30s doing seemingly random stuff but all he is doing is baiting jumps and projectiles so that he can land a EX DP or Ultra. If you don't react at all, he goes ham on you. It's a lose-lose situation unless you can match his movement, which is extremely hard to do without making a mistake.
