Practice on Sagat.  I can only do like 4 max on anyone.  I have dumb
fingers.  You should be able to land more than 3 on Ryu.  Here TKD (best
ELF ever) lands 4 after a stun:

They had an El Fuerte festival at a Japanese arcade a few years ago.
Everyone dressed like Fuerte and everyone played him, and they had a mini
tourney to see who could do the highest combo.  TKD won it.  RSF into stun,
RSF into super.
