It's a bad idea to spam them.  You have to sort of time them with your
opponent's attacks while holding down/back.  It takes a while to get used
to but you'll get the hang of it quickly.

Yeah command grabs can't be broken but some of them have weaknesses.  eg.
Abel's regular command grab has throw invincibility, but not attack
invincibility.  His EX Command Grab works the other way around.
