OK - I’ll bite. I know of a few collections of film footage showing royal
trains (and connecting ships) arriving or departing in and out of Vancouver,
mostly connected to the 1939 visit and then the tour after King George died
(forget if it was after the wedding or coronation of the queen.). Are there
another colour film images of the railway equipment in use in the rest of
Canada? What I particularly am interested in is the stuff that isn’t “royal
train” that is depicted in the vicinity.
