Actually a few things I overlooked mentioning regarding the 2 short video’s I
posted. Both trains are powered by A-B-A Rapido locomotives. On the “Canadian”,
the 3 “U” series sleepers are kit bashed 14-1 sleepers using side fluting from
Athabasca, a wood Celestory roof with cut up train station products faulting,
and underbody details from various manufacturer’s. On the “Dominion” there are
3 VH passenger cars, a 21xx coach, a 22xx coach and a 10-5 Grove sleeper.
Unfortunately BGR is no longer in business as has been previously explained.
John has a brother living in the Kitchener area, but I have been unable to
contact him since John became ill. He was a silent partner in the business.

As with Paul, I am hooked on 1950's passenger service. I am
including video's of my "Canadian" and "Dominion". The stainless
steel cars are all Athabasca built up cars, the heavyweights are BGR
built up kits.
I rode both the "Canadian" and "Dominion" in the late 1950's and
early 1960's between Sudbury and Montreal. The video's are a tribute
to those days!
