Good afternoon everyone,
I think should be able to proceed with this evening's meeting of Community
Council if we would wish, with the quorum as a 3rd of the current 7 / 8
registered membership.
There had been some communication and interest from residents and some of those
in the community to come along to the meeting and learn more of the work of the
Community Council and so may be the chance to meet with them if they are able
to attend.
I'd suggest should be possible to finish around 7pm if required, and ensuring
that William and others are able to depart by then, if we proceed with meeting.
If we would have a list of apologies for those who may not be available to
attend, Pauline?
Also, hopefully everyone feeling better soon for the weeks ahead!
